Information Collection & Security
Should you decide to sign-up for our auction or make an online purchase, you need to provide your name, contact information, and credit card billing information. All of this information is encrypted using SSL, an industry standard secure technology. This encryption is designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide. SSL encryption is normally indicated on your Web browser by the display of a lock or key on the browser status bar.

Online payments are made via PayPal, so we never see details of your credit card.

The Andrews Osborne Academy does not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third party other than the vendor we have selected to process payment transactions, which has its own privacy policy.

Auction Payment & Delivery Policies
Upon notification that you have won the bidding on an auction item, payment must be rendered within one week of the auction close.

Items purchased via the auction must be picked up from the Painesville campus within two weeks of auction item close. If you are out of the area and interested in having items shipped, please contact Denise Crookshanks prior to bidding.

Email Addresses
